Surya namaskar

Suryanamaskar comprises twelve positions:

Stand upright with feet together, join the palms together close to your chest and the relax the whole body.Breathe in a normal way.

Raise the arms straight above the head (separated by one shoulder width), while gently bending back the head and the trunk. Inhale while raising the arms.
