When the mirror is inclined, one eye looks into the mirror and the other at the base of the cheiroscope and draws the figure. A set of pictures is provided with the instrument for the exercises.
Remy Separator
A
simple and inexpensive instrument designed to promote parallelism of
the optic axes, it consists of a septrum,to one end of which is fitted
a carrier for transparencies.
A patient is directed to look through
the transparencies into the distance and by relaxing the convergence
the two pictures are superimposed.
