Sarvangasana

Lie down on your back. Slowly raise the legs. Lift the trunk, hips and legs vertically. Rest the elbows on the ground firmly and support the back with both your hands. Press the chin against your chest. Breathe slowly and concentrate on the thyroid gland. It is very good for eye patients because it activates blood circulation in the head. This asana is very good for building the body. It removes dyspepsia, constipation and gastrointestinal disorders.
